Questions about fees

When do I pay?+

Only after your free case review. If we believe we can genuinely help, your analyst explains what the paid service would deliver for your case and, if you want to go ahead, you email [email protected] and we send an official invoice. You decide — there is no obligation.

Does paying mean I’ll get my money back?+

No. No one can honestly guarantee recovery. Our fees pay for work — evidence reports, tracing and drafted submissions — that gives banks, exchanges and police the best possible case to act on.

Do you take a percentage of what’s recovered?+

Never. Our prices are fixed and published here. A service that asks for a share of “recovered” funds, or a fee to “release” them, is a warning sign.

How can I pay?+

There is no online payment on this website. Email [email protected] with your case reference and we will send an official invoice from an @recoverwise.org address. Pay only by bank transfer to the RecoverWise business account on that invoice — never to a personal UPI ID, crypto wallet or gift card.

Can I get a refund?+

Yes — a full refund if you change your mind before work starts. After delivery, if we haven’t provided what was described, tell us and we will put it right or refund you.
